Default 2003 EX sedan front bumper question

Hi~

I'm new and my 2003 Civic EX Sedan has been in a number of accidents. I have had my front bumper replaced, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the lower grill has a black liner piece or if it is just painted black. Right now, my whole bumper is silver, even inbetween where the fog lights would go. I remember my first (factory) bumper grill being black, so any info on how to fix this issue would be appreciated. If you have any pics or a website for Honda parts that could clear this up, that would be great. Hondapartsdeals.com didn't show it as being a separate part. I have had a number of issues with body shops and I just want to get my baby back to the way she should look. Thanks for the help!

Pics of your car would REALLY help me out. My car also happens to be the forum's wreck magnet. Mine has been in 4 accidents and I never caused one. But the last accident enabled me to fix everything else! its pretty now.
