Found this affordable after market spoiler (mail order), they say it comes with all accessories. You guys think I need the heavy duty springs to support the extra weight on the trunk lid? Can I like take it to a dealership and pay them to install it?

I bought my OEM spoiler off ebay for 119 painted and payed a shop to install it for 50 bucks... DO NOT go to the dealership, they will rob you. As for trunk springs, YES you need new ones... i havent taken time to find some but I really need them because my trunk is SOO heavy now.
