alright so i made up my mind and im going to do a makeover of my front end. im painting my lip white , grille and paiting the bumper grill black. like most of you guys told me.so my question is what kind of paint should i use? the lip is made out of poly and the grill well i dunno , some sort of plastic. any tips or advice on how to do all this?

 

it's recommended you use a flex agent in the paint for the lip. but i guess a normal coat of paint will do. just remember that the finish is all about the prep work. prep, primer, base, clear. i'd really just say take it to a shop, it will save you a lot of head ache and that way you can have a high quality finish.

 

Yeah especially if you don't have a lot of experience with painting. That way if something goes wrong you can blame the shop.
