Default Aftermarket Headlights

So I think one of the things I *was* most excited about for getting a Civic was the ability to finally have HID lighting because of aftermarket fixtures.

<Rant>

Upon seeing my options, there's Crap, and Crappier, if I get an EM2 Civic. I don't care about Halo's, and what really **** me off is how these companies think sticking like 5 to 12 LED's in the fixture is cool, or adding other light up crap. Some of them also just have strange little patterns in them. And then to top it off, I'm pretty sure the two options that I have are both halogen projectors. Blah. If I'm going to do HID's I'm going to do them right dammit, I always hate it when some jackass in his Spec V Sentra drives past me with 8000k's stuffed in his reflective housings and I go temporarily blind.

</Rant>

Oh well, I guess it'll give me a chance to work on my fabrication skills as I try to stuff an E36 or TSX projector into a stock housing. Or if I wind up with another year Civic, some of those have tolerable aftermarket fixtures.
