Where is THAT shop? 129 is pretty reasonable. Is that including parts?

 

try going to a salvage yard or something and find a cheap windshield and just pay labor to have it install.

 

the salvage yard thing is a good idea...not sure if I'm allowed to advertise, but it's a place in Hunters Point..very ghetto but they did it quick...

Can I do the same things with other car parts?
ie: buy brake pads and just pay for labor to have them installed?

 

Yes you can just find the parts you need and pay for it and you can either install it yourself or pay labor to have someone else install it for you.
