Default beam pattern mesed up

My beam pattern is messed up big time. My LEFT side is higher then my RIGHT side. Me and my bf cant figure it out. We tried turning my shield but it doesnt fit properly. FYI my car was in a car accident already and my front end had to be redone (new headlights, hood, and the left side panel). If you guys have info on how to fix my beam pattern I will appreciate it.

Theres a little wheel behind the headlights, just do it in the night and see if the beam gets lower or higher

left and right as in? faceing the car or sitting in the car, because if the drivers side is lower than the passenger side, its sometimes saposed to be like that.

Yea, they are supposed to be like that sometimes to prevent your lights from shining into the drivers' eyes of oncoming traffic.
My old projectors did that, and it really ticked me off until I found out that they were supposed to be like that.

that;s only projectors, halogens aren't designed like they, they scatter the light, not directional.
