a nice set of wheels and tires. Makes your car look totally different.

+1 on wheels and tires for the outside. or you could get a really nice lip kit and put it on.

on the interior i would say a n2 screen or a tv touch screen similiar to it.

I think these would have the most dramatic effect on a car's appearance...

Exterior: Rims, tires, drop, tint

Interior: Leather or racing seats/door inserts, stereo, steering wheel upgrade
