no get nightshade from jcwhitney. i think its like $22 shipped. its enough to do both taillights. but, im gonna warn you, put on light coates and do not rush it. and, if you ever want to get it off, well that will take a TON of work.

 

Or you could just go to an Autoparts store. Its like $11 at Oreilly's. And yes, light coats and I wouldn't reccomend more than 2 coats or you'll get way to dark.

when tinting the tail lights should all the lights be done or just the red ones?

 

just because of safety you should leave the clear. Addiction2bass has tinted tails and he used to have the whole thing tined but then i think he decided to take the tint off the clear because of safety. Even with the clear exposed, i think he put custom red LEDs behind the tinted red just to light it up even more. There might be laws in your area about having red on your tails, idk, but i think because of safetty leaving the clears un-tinted is probably a good idea.

 

what about on an 01 tail? They're mostly red, what would you recommend?
