They may or may not be heavier, thats why you read. Yes you can easily tell that they are knock offs because of the brand but they look pretty much they same.

 

just get Rotas. technically they are a knockoff, but they put a lot of R&D into them, and they are as light as you can get them for anywhere near the price, without worrying about breaking one in normal use(meaning they might crack in a hard wreck, but on the streets and the track, they should be fine)

I've decided to go with 17", however, and the slipstream isn't made in that size.

 

Hopefully you already ordered them, otherwise I have a feeling that the classic 16" v. 17" argument might start again lol, just kidding.

What wheels did you end up deciding on?
