Body work HELP!!!

Default Body work HELP!!!

I totally done getting my 92 civic si all together running great but now i want to start working on the rear fenders which are all rusted out. does anyone have any suggestions as far as should i bondo it or should i re weld a plate in i hate doing body work so im not sure where to even start so if anyone can push me in the right direction please tell me

I probably know less about doing body work than you do, but I do think a picture would help you get constructive advice.
