bumper holes?
supposedly to reduce weight AND wind resistance. by cutting holes in your bumber you automatically gain 50HP, along with a bonus 30 points each in both the "UGLY" and "RICER" catagories...
on cars that really could use it(like at least an 11 sec q mile time) i think it doesnt look bad. but if you got a civic with just headers and a shortram and do it, i might just be tempted to shove potatoes in the damn holes

thanks for the imput, i was just wondering about it cause i saw some spanish guy with a 5th gen sedan at dunkin dounuts with the holes in the front and rear....
then again he did have a bookshelf and chrome hubcaps lol
