i drive a 99 civic ex and when i bought the car there was a new bumper placed on the front and back and all the paint is chippiing off. i'm guessing they used a lower quality paint on the bumpers than the rest of the car, but how much would it cost to redo just the front cause it looks like caca

 

they didn't use the flex additive when they painted it very poorly done anyone with any painting experience can tell ya that bumpers have to have the flex added to the paint or else it chips or craks away since bumpers need to bend a little

 

for the front and back, if you bring it somewere its going to cost you a couple hundred..start calling up local paint shops and get prices and warrintys on there work
