Default Can I get opinions on the look of this car I may buy?

I've never owned a civic and I've never seen this car in person, but I've recently been in the market for a car and I kinda liked this one. I don't normally even like the styling on the 01-05 models, but this with coilovers and rims. I like the way its done. Am I just wiggin here? Is the car actually ugly and I'm just not figuring it out or what? I know its not about what other people think, but sometimes people make decisions based on a whim and then a month later you're like...this thing is dumb lookin.

Also I wanted to know if anyone knew about driving a lowered car cuz that thing looks slammed the coilovers are adjustable, but if if I have to raise it up to high to make it driveable I might not like the look anymore so my question is is it really possible to function with your car that low without destroying the undercarriage? I don't have time to be bringing it up and down depending on where I'm headed that day. Thanks.

i would say besides the color of the rims, the civic is nicely done, nothing outrageous that would scream rice. i love the drop on that car. if the rims were black of gunmetal it will flow nicely, the red doesnt seem to flow nicely with a silver car. i would say watch out for speed bumps and hills, drive slowly through them and slant the car. if it still scratches then raise it up a bit, it should still look nice. IMO

its nice but paint those rims a diffrent color .also are there any other mods to the engine.ive heard its not a good idea to by a modified car but to by stock and then modify because its more prone to have been beat on but if its a good deal get .are you mechanically inclined if not bring a friend with you that is when you test drives it.and what kind of coilovers are on it?????also how many miles are on it ,is it automatic and how much do they want.

It all depends on your plans. If you want a boost project or a fast car, the D17 platform is not so good. Other than that and those awful red rims, it looks fine. How many miles on the engine? Any accidents?

I keep seeing 7th gens but I don't know all the differences. I think the 01-03 had that style front end and the 04-05 had the better looking front end.

it would look a lot better with black or silver rims and no wing

but if I were you I'd wait if you're having second thoughts on this one. Myself, I prefer the looks of 2dr civics that are not 8th gens.
