meh, i have M3 style and i don't notice any impairment of vision, i don't think they look THAT bad either. I used to hvae the fake CF ones and it eventually started to peel off, definitely skip those. If you are just going to paint the fake CF Spoon style ones black, i'd say go for it, they look pretty slick.

 

I love the Spoon mirrors, i have a set, the prob i found out later was that Spoon never ever made mirrors..... a company called Vision did.
Spoon only bought the shell and put a blue mirror in place where the clear mirror was.
Each company chargers a lot....as you may know.
I say get a cheap set off ebay and paint them, unless your a JDM freak lime me and shell out $400.00.

Why buy carbon fiber ones and paint them when you can buy just regular black ones?

 

i have carbon ones and i like em other then they start peeling after a couple years .... buy black and paint em
