CX Gauge Cluster vs. DX Gauge Cluster

Can someone help me out here?
Would a DX Gauge Cluster fit in the CX model?
I've recieved mixed emotions from owners of both models.. some say yes, and some say no. Please help

the dx cluster would win.

ummm...i know that you can swap a no rpm cluster to another cluster with an rpm gauge without any extra wires. my civic dx didn't have an rpm gauge so i bought an ex cluster and it fit just fine. there weren't any forcing into spot or any new wire changes. so ofcourse a cx cluster can fit into a dx. cause an si cluster can fit perfectly into a 96-00 civic. doesn't matter. you can only put in the same years clusters only. in other words a 92 cx cluster won't fit into a 96 dx.
