all i have used to take my civic and the dx emblem off with was just a regular card...library card...credit card...id...doesn't really matter much.. just have to get some googone or other chemical that won't eat your paint away to clean up afterwards...

I think it looks fine on cars that are for commuting only. If its a racing style than yea take the emblems off. I like mine on my new civic. The color contrast makes it look nice. It fits in nicely with the silver on the spoiler.

had the civic part off already and kept the h but sumone stole it

damn person haha

thats ok i either gonna have a blue one wit a cf h or a custom symbol

i dunno tho

I never new it was call badging.. In Metuchen, NJ. we call it scratching.

Here is a pic of my debadged 2000 Civic SE. The process used to remove the grill badge involved having some dufus back into the car and break the emblem in half, cracking the chrome trim around the grill and creasing the leading edge of the hood in the process... You gotta love hit and run drivers...

how can i get the badge off if its like a graphic? Its not the plastic badgeing just a cheap looking graphic, will goo-gone work?
