NO PAINT THINNER !

Use the Goo-Gone or WD-40 or just alcohol and elbow grease.

Goo-Gone is at WalMrt etc, not hard to find in the cleaner isle.

I painted my H gloss black to help hide it, cuz of the two white pins

and the car is dark blue so the black will blend in.

This way I will hide the pins without having to fill and paint.

AND get those badges off the car.

I've got a few badges from 'other' cars that I magnetically stick on every now and again, just to have some fun.

"Hey, that doesn't look like a Buick ? ? ?"

To remove the adhesive I was thinking abt using Goo Gone'sAutomotive or the regular Spray Gel (drip-free). To me, this will be better to usethan the one in the cylindrical bottle coz that can be a little messy unless you apply it to a soft cloth.

Goo Gone's drip-free, no-mess cleaning now in a special automotive formula. Quickly removes grease, bugs, tree sap, decals, lubricants, adhesives, bumper stickers, oil, and tar.

I have one important question for those who have done de-badging. What are the chances of your car showing a 'ghosting effect' that is left behind after taking the emblem(s) off. There is a possiblity but doesn't seem to occur that often. "Ghosting" I mean you will see where the emblem once was and there is a shadow.
