Do I?

and do I have to do special wiring if I have a halo or two?
Can I just forget about the halo and not have to go through that?

To remove the bumper and put in headlights, click this DIY.

For the halos, they are just spliced into your parking lights, or you can run them to a switch, its really not that hard and there are alot of threads on here on how to do it.

Run the halos to a switch.

Is there any advantage to running them to a switch? Lots of people are saying to run them to a switch like running them to the parking lights is bad...

+1. I'm getting Halos soon for my teg, can't you just wire them you what your existing lights are wired to?

no, because the halos will eventually wear out prematurely because you would turn them on way too much (i.E. everytime you switch your headlight switch). it's best to run them to a switch because you probably won't always want them on with your headlights, especially if your halos are different colors.

do i HAVE to remove the bumper?
YES, IT WILL ONLY TAKE YOU A COUPLE OF MINUTES THOUGH. AND NO, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WIRE UP THE HALOS. seriously though, no need for caps.
