HondaCivicForum.com - Does this bumper fit Civic coupe 95?

Unfortunately, it won't. Technically it's just a rear lip that attaches to the bottom of the OEM rear bumper, but while the 92-95 coupes and sedans share a rear bumper, the hatchback has a different rear bumper.

Basically, the coupes and hatchbacks share the same front end; fenders, hoods, front bumpers, front lips, headlights, etc will work on either. The sedan has a different front end. Coupes and hatchbacks also share the same side skirts while the sedans are a different length. Like I said earlier, coupes and sedans share a rear end while the hatchbacks have a different rear bumper.

*edit: if it helps, that looks like a Type-R style rear lip. They're available for coupes and sedans as well, but don't look exactly the same. Here's my old '94 coupe with a Type-R style rear lip. Unfortunately, the only pics I have of it are crappy cell pics from a V3 razr (this was a while ago lol), but here's the best one:
