how long would it last if i dye my cloth seats in 98 civic last? they are gray now. and what product should i use?

 

well IMO if black is a stock posibility look for them. i dont like any of those dye/ paints for fabrics myself... the ones ive used in the pasts made the material hard and other stuff i used did kinda wear off onto my cloths so i just slaped on some seat covers on that beater!

 

Another option (I haven't had luck with those dye products either), is to call some upholstery shops and see if they will do them, or something a long those lines. Maybe a little pricey, more than you had intended, but generally you get what you pay for.
