Default ebay foglight question

i've just installed the 99-00 civic coupe ebay fog light. so far i am satify with it but ran into some problem. i have a Tsunami front lip and the lip would not fit because of the fog light. there's a part on the lip that holds onto the fog light part on the bumper. do i need to use a dremel to cut the fog light part of the lip so that it can fit. is it the dremel that can cut the lip? also, the bulbs that was provided, one side was more yellower than the other. how do i change the bulb and what bulbs are used? other than that i am satisfy with the fog light.

To change the bulbs you take out the fog light and its all those screws on the back. i beleive its 55 watts, but im not sure, it will say on the little bulbs. And yes a dremel should cut the lip, its only plastic.
