ebay halos

There is a $100-$300 spread on ebay halos. Are they all basically the same just priced different?

It seems like out of the dozens of auctions, they're only using three different pictures.

There's about 300 different companies selling disguised Tsudo exhausts... all for different prices from 99 bucks to like 300... so I would say they're all going to be equally as "good".

I had ebay halos on my old civic... I had to reseal them, but they worked fine... I had a bit of trouble getting the lights aligned right though.

the TYC units are more likely to have better optics on the projectors, the seals are hit or miss on all aftermarket lights (as I've read). My halo's are okay but the low beam projector strait sucks with halogen bulbs and are better with hid pnp but I can still see where they are lacking. If you do got the conversion headlight route ask the seller what bulb the low beams are; if they're H3's skip um, if they are H1's get them. Every post I've read involving the H1 projectors lists them as having better optics.

i say get the $100 and seal them up, thats what the majority of people have gotten (it seems like, and i am one of them) and they are working just fine. Go get yourself somethin else with that extra $200 :)

Go to the hardware store. Get some clear outdoor, weatherproof silicone, the kind you use on windows and stuff. Then around the seem of your headlight housing, were the back and front of your headlight come toughter, go around that with the silicone and cover up the seem, just clump it on and make sure you cover it good. Then let it fully dry and your done.
