I have the exact same ones. ill include some pics to show you what they look like lit up. I got them off ebay also. Didnt have any problems with the fittment or anything. As far as inspections go, some states require a amber turn signal. just make sure you have a amber bulb in the corner light. if you need help once you get them with the wiring, send me or mill a message and we'll try to help you. You will have to wire the halos up. The other lights are just plug and play.

I have the same headlights. They are great quality, but it all depends what company you got them from right, the company that I got them from does not sell anymore. They are very easy to install and the wiring for the halos are very basic. Just make sure the company it ligit.

How can you really tell if the headlights are good or not?

You can tell by the price... under 150 is sketchy... around 200 and you're good. AnzoUSA and EagleEyes or even AngelEye brands are the best, I've had both of the first two i said. You cannot buy a halo... they are a part of the whole housing unit so if you buy crappy ones the chance of the halo burning out is VERY high... once it is out, it is out.
