EBAY healights and HID kits (for ek)

i was looking at getting some new headlights and wanted to get those sexy new anzo dual halo projectors with LED's BUT 300+ breaks my bank. Reason i need new headlights is because mine are old, cracking at the mounts, plus the adjustment knobs are busted and my headlights illuminate about 6 inches in front of me. SO i wanted to get some cheap replacement headlights and a bi-xeneon HID kit in 8 or 10,000k. But for a good set of replacements its 130+ bucks then for a good bi-xeneon kit from like pro-civic its 230+ bucks. So I checked ebay, i can get both headlights for like 70 bucks. I can also get both headlights and foglights (96-98) for around 100 bucks with all the wiring. And lastly i found headlights with HID kit included (not bi-xeneon tho) for around 120 or so.

SO my question is, how are ebay headlights?
foglights?
and HID kits?

thanks guys.

Ebay headlights are hit and miss. On most of them you have to reseal them or they'll fog up.

Just remember that you get what you pay for.

There is 50 bazillion threads on this subject around the forum and on other forums but overall the projector style lights suck.

Have you thought about maybe the black housing OEM STYLE headlights also sold on ebay? they will look tons better.....

and as for HIDs eBay HID kits are hit or miss but so will all the other cheap ones you can buy, just look around for the kits with a 1+ year warranty....

Remember on any after market lights, you should lways reseal them.

And the fogs should be fine.

Those black housing OEM head lights...are they a good replacement? For 56 dollars, I don't want to waste money since I'm trying to save up for a paint job...

Thank you once again I love those headlights! I like mine, but the left side one has small burn marks from the sun deflecting off the Halo Bulbs and they don't fit right on the car and there is a gap between the fender and headlight.
