yeahhh haha lots of hours of sandblasting, cleaning, sanding all the little peices. the block is about 4 coats of high temp chevy orange, pulleys mainly all gloss black, chrome valvecovers adn airbreather, i have a crappy intake right now and so i just cleaned it and painted it alloy until i can afford my highrise. and my quadrajet carb is old too so it has to be replaced as well.. but i think it was well worth the hours i have put in so far, the frame rails were all sanded and painted flat black, and the wheal wells armoralled and the firewwall is gloss black as well. im currently savin up for my paint job for the rest of the car, hopefully by the end of summer!!
HOPEFULLY, i got a damn ticket i have to pay off now too.. so yeah it will bea bit slower savin for my booth to paint..
the orignall is a small block 267.. suprisingly that one was in wayyy better condition then the HO 305 that is in there now.. but i put in so many hours to the 305 that it looks brand new haha i'm pumped whenever i look at it..
