EX/LX doors on a DX ?
 

Hi, new to this forum, I recently bought a 1997 Honda Civic DX, I love the thing.

It however has 2 dented doors on the passenger side, and I found a really good deal on 2 doors that look like the same colour.

I of course have manual door locks and manual windows, the doors that I found for sale have electric windows and power door locks.

My question is, if I buy these doors with power windows and power door locks, will I be able to remove the electric stuff and install the manual stuff in them from my dented doors?

Welcome to the forum. Why not convert to power doors/locks? Converting to manual would seem silly.

IMO, I would wait to find something that would be a "bolt-on" replacement.

I don't really like electronics, more parts to break and not work.

Someone is offering me the two doors for $35 each, I just need to know if I could make it work. I looked online on some salvage yards, they don't have the right color, and they want $100 - $250 per door!

you will absolutely be able to make them work. swap your door panel and manual window reg over to the replacement doors.
