Welcome.

Aright, for smaller things like seat covers, gauges, bulbs, gear ***** etc, then ebay is a good place to look.

For bodykits, I'd suggest picking up a magazine like 'Max Power' or 'Redline' , these have numerous ad pages full of body kits, bonnets etc.

But remember, with bodykits , bonnets etc, then you will need to get them sprayed to match the car (or ideally the whole car resprayed).

This will probably be the most expensive part with a decent full job setting you back around 2000 pounds. Think about this before you purchase your kit.

If your in the U.S, then some sort of equvilant magazine will do.

I don't know of any U.S car sites, but try www.potn.com, they have loads of products big and small.

Neons...not my thing, but personal pref so go for it if you want them, again try www.potn.com

Hope this helps.

Last thing, try and do things in a logical order.
And try not to go over the top with your mods, you know things like huge *** wings and fat chromes. You'll be labled a ricer[:'(]

buddy club 2!!!

neon undercarrige lights (i think) look good if done right. like it needs to be continuous (sp?) light all the way around and have no wires or lights hanging where you can see 'em, and the right color light on the right color car...then they look good.

you picked a great generation of the civic to start with, my personal favorite , for the cheap stuff definately ebay like he said, but for the bodykits i HIGHLY recommend http://aerotrends.com ,and when it comes time to make that big purchase and get a bodykit, urethane is the only way to go, fiberglass is like half the price but after a year it is gonna either be broken in half or chippin' hence the half price. and if you havent bought the car yet definately get a coupe, especially if you are goin for all show no go.
