I picked up a new door from a junk yard today and tomorrow I'm gonna put it on...I have a couple of q's

1) My hatch door has the seatbelt in it and I cant get the panel off to replace with my existing one. Anybody know how to? or link me to a walkthrough

2) My key wont work in the new door, can I replace the handle with the original one?

3) Is there a way to get the door on without removing the quarter panel?

well not sure HOW to BUT im positive you can change the key lock mechanism with your old one and the trim panel might have a few screws holding it on... look over it realy good for any screws behind any little plastic trim pieces and if you cannt find any then just get some small screw drivers and the panel should just pry off.... most likely its just plastic snaps holding it on......
BUT if you have a new door..... if its trim panels are still on it... break it all loose first and that way you know where the snaps are and if ya rip the panel to hell.... O WELL ya didnt need it anyways.LOL
or if the panels already removed... .just look for a bunch of round holes... or any holes in it where a metal screw has gone thru... and check your panel for any screw holes...

shouldnt be to hard to swap...

 

have u seen a 91 civic hatch door? I just need to know how to get the panel off with the seatbelt still in the door...

ohh and another problem is the handle to roll down the window, how do I get that off...I've spent about an hour tryin to get it off and I'm pissed[:@]

I know about the snaps and all that...thx though
