fog lights... easy to install?

Default fog lights... easy to install?
I'm thinking of getting some fog lights for my 02 civic. I saw those OEM ones on ebay. Are they easy to install? and are they any good?

that would be a great website to buy carbon/wood/aluminum dash kits from, I bet! it says its the same stuff the factory uses... it's a little pricey though...
