Default Foglight Bulbs Replacement

Would you suggest immediately replacing the bulbs from an ebay foglight package before installing, since they have a reputation of burning out prematurely?

Also, how difficult is replace the bulbs? Does the bumper have to be removed every time?

SInce I cut my lower grill out i can stick my hand in there and pull them out, or if you jack your car up you can get to them... I think you should wait up until that vendor gets some h11 HID kit in so I can buy them and do a write up on them.... as for right now I have a pair of yellow NOKYA h11's in there... they work great but I want matching color 6000k in my fogs as I do in my headlights above.
