Foglight Install
In my LX the longest thing was cutting out the holes for the fog lamps and epoxying them in flush. The whole install took about 1 1/2 hours to do. I should have taken pictures... we took the whole bumper off and placed it face down on some wood horses with towels on them to protect the paint, then we used a dremel like tool to cut out the holes, then epoxied and mounted the lights to the brackets on the inside of the bumper... then did the wiring and my friend did the inside wiring and switch and stuff.
in the instructions, it says that there are only 5 tabs where the fog lights holders are that you cut out... does it really take that long?
also, why is epoxy necessary? does it prevent water? does it matter if water gets into behind the foglights? i currently don't have epoxy so i'd have to go buy some

If you're an EX your tabs should pop out... my LX's black covers are actually molded into the bumper and they needed to be cut out... the epoxy was for better hold and because the seal wasnt perfect because of the way we cut... on my bumper you could tell it is supposed to have mounting tabs but they are incomplete (probably at the factory since my LX has no fog lamp option) so we broke off other pieces of hard plastic and epoxied and screwed them together and into the holes where the inside of the bumper has. We've had TONS of rain and some snow... but it doesnt matter with moisture because you have a big opening in your lower and upper grill that lets water through and it gets on the fog lamps anyways... we were just more cautious so we used epoxy.
