front bumper hood and lights
quick question i have a 98 civic im gettin a carbon fiber hood new bumper and healights i was wondering if i could get a 99 hood 99 lights and 99 bumper but leave me 98 fenders would it all fit or not?? i like the 99 bumpers so much more then the 98 !!

Is there any way that you can just buy the fog lights and the housings and install them on a 96-98? Cuz i swore I saw that on the web before...but it was expensive...
