Default What kind of grease can I use on the window track for a 97 civic window regulator

I have a 1997 Honda civic ex sedan. The windows roll up and down but I looked at the window tracks and the grease is looking almost gone or drying out. What can I use to re grease it. When I went to autozone. The guy said use the lithium grease but it came in a big jar that I didn't need all of it

I usually take apart my doors and pull the windows out for cleaning every year or so. I clean and spray out the rubber seals with a silicone spray can lubricant.

My bad I said the wrong thing. On the regulator where it has the little wheel that rolls back and forth to raise and lower the window. Its all dried out. Or so it seems. VERY small amount of grease. To the point where it broke the wheel so I put epoxy gel to hold it together
