I think it would beOK if you are going to hook it up in the future but if you're not, it's a waste of money and girls don't care about gauges.

 

^ you've never owned a car with aftermarket guages, have you? Literally every time a girl gets into my civic for the first time, she asks me what the guages are/what they do

(btw, girls dig air/fuel ratio guages (even narrow-band)... they love the lights lol)

 

^ haha dude so true! ever since i installed my pod its been like the best conversation piece in my car, except its usually "dude, why doesnt your tach work??" [:@]so frusterating

and back on topic. Dude, if you get the gauges, you might as well hook them up. Get some simple ones, like volt, tach, and maybe a/f (if all you want is a light show). All those are simple to hook up

 

Too many shiny lights in a car is not good.
