just what the title says.. seen in weight mod list that our stock seats weigh around 35 lbs.. so assuming decent seats would be around 20 lbs.. so 30 lbs drop total.. plus not having to flop all over car.. so what do you guys have and what would u recommend based on comfort and weight.. reclining is ideal.. as this is a nice weather daily driver..Thanks

I've also heard very good comments about Corbeau

 

Corbeau seats are nice, a lot of racing seats arent comfortable for DD's. If you can try to test out the seats before you purchase any. the JDM civic Type-R red recaros are probably the best for daily drivers.

 

Looked on ebay for Recaro's.. only found red ones ;-(.. and they want 1k .. pretty pricey.. maybe ill just have to find a local speed shop that has some in store setup..Honda seats arent comfortable to start with :P how much worse do you think a racing seat is in comparison?

 

if you like pinched hips then go for a bucket, I personally like my del sol seats, they ride low and have pretty decent bolsters...

 

ooo del sol seats, i remember those days. i'm looking at a tenzo shell seat for my civic www.optauto.com its like 175 and 45 for the slider and 35 fot the bracket.

as good as knock off recaros could be I guess. I wouldnt waste money on anything like that, stick it out and save for good ones.
