eBay, but they will likely burn out. Mine burned out after a little while. And do say, "Oh, he probably wired them wrong." I'm an electrical engineer, so I wasn't my bad. The companies that make them went really cheap on the LED setup. Good Luck!
ebay, and make sure to seal with up really good with silicone to make sure no moisture gets in. Once the halos burn out i dont think you can replace them. And the same goes for the "projector" bulbs

Can't you replace those LED's in the halo, just by buying say a new one from a website, and wiring it up?
I didn't get a good look at them when I put mine in, but it seems like it would be relatively easy.
