Is it the fabric falling? If so, use just some 3M spray. If its the actual board falling down, one of the velcro things have came off.

Only use 3m products when it comes to adhesives.....

On my 96 civc dx there is no velcro holding the headliner board up, it's held up with all the things touching or attached thru it: dome light, mirror, sun visors and clips, oh ish handle, A-B-C pillar covers, rear window trim (goes between the C pillar covers), coat hanger hook and the two push clips that are in the rear roof support..........

ya if the fabric is jsut hangen ndown try the GOOD 3M spray glue... BUT DONT instantly press the fabric up thier after ya spray the glue... give it a min to tak up... other wise when ya press on the fabric to early the glue can soak thru the fabric and be a crusty spot.....

BUT if its like some cars with a foam layer between the fabric and roof cardboard... then your only option if the foam has rotted it to remove the headliner and clean off all the old foam and redue it......

im not sure how the civics headliner is done yet......
tho i do want to drop mine eventualy and do some black suede... along with afew other interior pieces covered to match.....

just dont go with any cheap stuff when doing it!

unless ya realy dont care abotu your car.... then some push pins will hold the fabric up just fine.LOL they sell special plastic pins for headliners... used them in my old towncar and they worked preaty good..... only had a few fall back down from time to time...
