What to do: open hood, and let it sit directly in the sun. If this does not work, take out the headlight and unplug wires, take insideand put a hair dryer on to the blinker hole. When it looks done leave it for another 30 min to get every single drop. Then reinstall. Good luck!

ok shedevil, if im guessing right..you got the ones from ebay? Even if you didnt, just put some silicone around the light where the two pieces connect together. Then, as the lights are on, they will heat up the water inside and it will dry. Thats what i did anyway

Buy a bunch of beef jerky and get those little packets from them. Then put your headlight and a bunch of those in a garbage bag and they'll pull the moisture out. Add some sealant around the light and you're done.
