i have a 99 civic hb and i need to do something about the head lights

option 1:

buy a new one like those :





its a litel expensive but its look magnificent the only problem those head lights are not legal in israel

option 2:

take my origin head lights and open them and paint them and they will look like those :



that can be a very nice project and if you say this is the beter option then please give me a guide how to open the heade lights and with wich paint to paint it.

gezzz everyone is dissing the first pair of headlights..thos are the ones i got, there so sick and i love the halos, see my pic <<<..but i like the second pair to and if you do it to your own headlights that will be really cheap, eather one will look good, but the second pair are more JDM

 

I like the second ones better, plus they will make for a nice little project.

Taking apart a headlight is no big deal, and it will save him all kinds of money over just buying completely new lights.

The second option looks great......much better than the projectors.
