You should take a look at the Debadging FAQ which will tell you what you need to do to take the Honda emblem off of you car. Although I'm not sure if it goes in to detail about putting a new one on. Just click on the link below

The trunk will have the 2 hole's that hold on the H emblem.
Removing this will leave those hole's exposed, unless you get to a body shop and have them shave it flush, but than you have to worry about that other emblem you want.
See it dosent have a curve in it to match the trunk's curve.
The only way i see that fitting is maybe the front, not the rear.

Looks like a belt buckle. I think that will look hot when you get it worked out. Where are you located geographically? I am sure there are pleanty of dudes on this forum local to help out a damsel in distress (that means a woman in need of automotive technical assistance). Either way, you are going to need to snip/cut the buckle off the back and take a grinder to smooth the surface down so it will function as an emblem (needs the rear surface to be flat and smooth). You can affix/apply some detail tape (two sided tape to the back) and apply it over where the old emblem was. It may even cover the holes left by the old emblem if there are any. Have you done anything with the emblem yet?

If that hello kitty emblem is made of metal, we can make this work for you.
Taking off your stock emblem is easy. Pull. It comes off. lol. To be serious, check out symbiotic's post as I am sure you already have.
If that helllo kitty emblem is metal, you can have someone add the proper sized tabs to it. Any metal shop should do this, and for CHEAP. Its simple. If the hello kitty emblem looks strong and like it would last, I'd recommend using adhesive on the tabs as you install it onto your car.
The biggest thing is making sure your emblem is STRONG and wont wear down due to weather and the sun.

Random thought -- if you have some $$ you can always have a CNC company make you one. I had a custom emblem made for my dodge. Replaced the ram with a punisher skull. =)
