Default hood fitment on eg

anyone have any problems with their hood lining up on an eg? im talking about on mine where the hood meets the bumper between the headlights, the hood is wider than the bumper by maybe 1/4" - 1/2" on both sides. the car had some front end damage and an ex salvage title, is maybe the wrong hood? a girl i know has an eg hatchie and hers is overhanging on one side too.

You might have some certifit parts on there. They are aftermarket 'stock' parts that are really close to OEM but a little off.

or the frame or radiator support could be bent in or something so that the headlights are farther in that normal maybe.

the front of the frame was pushed in a little on the passenger side, but i used a port a puller to push it out, its not perfect but it doesnt look like the headlights should be out any more.
