Default Hood guard / Bug deflector Question

At the risk of sounding like a nerd... I would like to put a hood guard / bug deflector on my 2000 Civic but I can't seem to locate any aftermarket units that I like. Does anyone out there have any pics of theirs? I have been looking around on all the forums here and can't seem to locate any references to any.

I am not trying to build a show car or a "Need For Speed" boulevard cruiser, just a decent stock commuter ride with a decent lexan bug guard to help deflect the bugs in summer and the freeway gravel in winter.

Below is a pic of my recently acquired 1.6L 4 door. It runs. What else can I say? (Note white crap on ground everywhere - winter sux!)

Thanks for the suggestions on those sites. I picked up a AVS/Ventshade model via my local Canadian Tire. However the problem with the Lund / AVP/ Ventshade brands I've found is that they use double sided 3M tape to stick the hood guard on TOP of the hood! It doesn't even wrap around under the hood! The pictures really don't show it very well but this thing would be hideous if I were to actually stick it on. It sticks up above the hood by almost an inch and I can't see how 4 peices of 3M tape are ever gonna keep that puppy on there... I need to take this thing back.

The one my local dealership used to get is made by Perfect Fit and looks like this: http://www.carbras.com/40068_hondacivichoodguards.asp

Notice how the description says "no tape". From what I understand is that they use the factory mount points for the under hood seal. Now just need to find a local CDN shop that carries Perfect Fit products... Wish me luck.

Thanks!

I don't have a pic of one, but just thought you might like to know this info:

While I was looking around at buying a Civic I came across a few used Civics that had the bug guards on them. I looked up close and noticed every one of them out of the 4 that I saw had rust on the hood where the screws were attaching the bug guard. On the OEM bug guards, they are actually screwed to the hood and they started to rust where the screws were attached. These were 2001 and 2002 Civics that I was looking at. Now the rust wasn't huge, but I still wouldn't want any on my hood since it's like cancer. Once you get it, it doesn't go away.
