unfortunately there really isnt... so you might be forced to replace them....
i might be able to help ya out
from your picture i see you only have the center dash console and cluster bezel and trim panel.
well tho my console is not pretty so i dont think ya want it and im not gonna sell my good one i just bought since im gonna use it.... sorry.... but i would sell the buttons for it and heater controls but the top buttons are slightly worn.

BUT i do have a black inner flat cluster bezel and outter dash cluster trim panel. the bezel doesnt have ABS and does have cruise control, BUT i dont have the inner side bezel cover that connects to the clear bezel.

tho if ya wouldnt mind a scared up/ cracked radio bezel id sell it to ya. id have to get better pictures tho.

say 15bucks plus shipping for the radio console. and 10bucks plus shipping for the cluster indicator bezel and outter dash/cluster trim. and then just paint your inner side piece flat black

just an idea for you to keep in mind... i dont know of anything that will strip the paint and not mess with the factory plastic..... only thing that MIGHT work is a high pressure washer BUT it can probably rip thru the plastic at the same time

one reason why you buy extra pieces to customize and always keep your stock parts i learned that with my old truck!!!!!

you could always paint them black but that still wont give you the exact oem color your looking for
