Default Installing Tenzor Seats

Quick question from the newbie.
Got a 2000 Civic Hatch and two new tenzo type rally seats. Problem one: the brackets dont match the stock bolt positions. The new Tenzo's have bolt placement on the bottom and the stock seats have bolt placement on the side. Can you rig something up without welding?

I heard that you need to drill new holes into the floorboard. Is that the only way to get about installing seats without welding?

Thanks guys.

From what I've heard drilling is what needs to be done. If you're not so comfortable with that, I suggest going to a shop and having custom brackets made for your application. I'd go for the custom brackets for your safety and cars integrity. Good luck. What color seats did you grab and how much did they run you?
