Interior Make Over!! **Final Update**
7 Attachment(s)
Ok... so I have not been in this forum for a while.. But now, summer is coming and I decided to take the civic out of the garage and work on the interior. My goal is to install new carpet, re-upholster the seats to leather, and maybe do something to the door inserts and center console match the color of my choice.
I want red as my carpet(JDM Type-R version) - ordered and its coming tomorrow Sent my seats to a re-upholster company to manufacture my seats(red and black leather) I am waiting for my seats to be done and my carpet to arrive so my interior is empty! These are photos I have taken while stripping my interior. Its weird how the red is brighter here in the picture than the actual look of the carpet color(darker red). There's a lot of work involved!! It wasn't as easy as I thought. Being careful everytime not to cut to short and trim in the right places. But anyways, they are on! I am just waiting for my reupholstered seats to be finished. I like it, but I'm sure some of you will dis-agree with my taste. Let me know your thought and please no more JDM this, JDM that... It's cool to be different sometimes. Thanks again civic friends! http://photos-516.friendster.com/e1/...770404737l.jpg |

well for molding the carpet if its small enough pop it in the drier for a bit and then pull it out with it still warm and pop it into place.
its easier to leave it out in the hot sun but then again depending where you live its probably not warm enough out in the sun.LOL |
Looks nice, what year is your civic?
|
looks like 2001+ due to the shifter.
|
Its a 2002 Civic
