I drive a 1986 Honda Civic sedan. It's old but she IS quick. Need ALOT of work, you can see it in my sig. The local McDonal's out here in Lebanon, PA is the spot for all the fly cars on a Friday and Saturday night. I have no idea what these kids do for a living, most of them work at Taco Bell. Anyway, I want some suggestions for what to put in my car. I want it to be fast and look good. As far as apperance goes I want to paint it Jet black with candy paint. Black Rims, Blue brake shoes, blue coil overs, blue LED neons, blue HID's. The interior I am not sure. Its cream with brown plastic dash. Its a 4 door, so i thought about a suicide door kit. It might be easier since I don't have any power features in my doors. PLEASE any suggestions?? They say it only takes two to have a child, but it takes a whole village to raise a child. Help me out guys!

 

everything for that car would need to be either custom fabricted or modified to fit, no one really makes anything for your car. the only thing you could really do would be to do an engine swap, and then it is easier to have fuel injection, (yours is probably carbed)

www.hasport.com makes mounts kits for a b series engine to drop into a 84-87 civic and crx, that might help you out

but the only thing you can do is search the net and find more people dedicated to this platform to help you out.

lip kit, slamage, decent size clean wheels, tint, nice 1 tone shiney paint job, engine swap...do it right and u wont need flashy neons or doors to get attention...

 

but most of all do it for yourself. we all have our own unique sence of style and the best thing to do is follow that style. dont get caught in the mainstreem effect. before u know it u will be building your car to try and please other people. do it for yourself. u have a different than most people, that isnt bad it just means u are going down a different path. prove all the haters wrong and make your civic the best u can IN YOUR EYES! everyone agree???

very true, almost inspirational like what ur sayng A LOT that is why i got only one 10inch sub cuz I like the bass to be full not overbearing.

 

the right choice in wheels will make or break you imo with that body. ive seen some hot ones rolling on ls mesh wheels slammed all to hell and they looked hot. even though your working with the older body style it still can be hot. especially for guy like me who like the old school flava
