just got window tint installed but seems light. Anyway to check the VLT? (tint %)?

just got window tint installed but seems light. Anyway to check the VLT? (tint %)?
I got solargard quantum 19 but it seems kinda light...Maybe its just me its supposed to be 20% VLT. Is there a way to check. Can I go to an inspection shop and have them check it? What to do?

20% isn't that dark so its going to look light. Ya go to the cop station and ask if they can check it and then when they check it they will hand you a ticket because in most states that illegal. I woulda went darker with the tint. Well i did go darker i have 5%
