Eh id say a drop, wheels and a lip kit. It doesnt really matter unless you have an obnoxious body kit and 18" wheels without a drop. But thats just me....

it all depends on who you ask

but on the other hand, it's your car.

Just look at all the sections of your car... you could change the hood to carbon fiber, side fenders to the ones with gills (like a z3), lip kit or body kit, tint windows, drop it, rims, headlights, HIDs, taillights, underbody lighting, exhaust kit...

wait a second you said "how much can you do to the outside of a car... and not put money into the engine... interior, exterior..." the outside of the car is the exterior!

anyways back to the list of exterior options: racing style grille, carbon fiber trunk, spoiler, jack in the box head for antenna... that is pretty much all

...don't forget decals, shaved molding and shaved door handles, and aftermarket mirrors.

What's shaved moulding and door handles?

If you're not going to make the car fast, then I don't suggest doing much unless you don't mind being called a ricer. But IMO, even if the car is fast, a ton of aesthetic upgrades makes a car look ricey.

last thing i wanna be is ricey... i drive a black 01 civic lx coupe. AFtermarket sunroof. 26% tint, 17 inch konig racing rims, a 12 inch sub, amp, clarion headunit, and tyc taillights... im thinking about putting in the tyc projector headlights, then turning my focus on the engine....still ricey or not bad?

I got the TYC projectors with 8k HIDs along with the taillights... I love them... I also have aftermarket side mirrors that light up and it makes my civic look like a blue hippo... another thing is fog lamps.... how did you get an aftermarket sunroof? Did you have it installed? How much?

when you take off the embles on your car and take away the door handles and such to make it allllll smooth

ya some people will say you cant do anything and some people say rice it up...if you go to car shows you will see sooo many show cars with all body work and no motor work, and they get metals and crap, but some people dont like that..and others put all money into the performance and the outside looks like bla..its what you want to do, a little of both is nice
