Default Keyhole Caps?

does anyone make caps or something to block off the keyhole for my 99 civic? are there such things? something like the antenna block off plate or the license plate caps but for the keyholes. want to get rid of the hey holes to have a cleaner flow to the car. maybe for the trunk keyhole also. any know?

you mean for the door handles as well as the trunk lid?

well not sure about the door handles but for the trunk key hole thats fairly simply.... go to your local hardware store and buy some plugs and paint the chrome plug to make it blend better and simply remove the key lock and linkage to it and pop the right size plug into the hole.... but be sure to remove the linkage or glue that plug in from the back otherwise someone can just pop the plug out and simply pull the linkage to pop your trunk!

idk if it works for EK's, but on EG's and del Sols, you can take EG 4-door rear door handles and put them in the front doors, thus eliminating the keyholes. I believe it also works on EF's.

You might be able to swap EK sedan rear door handles into your front doors.

I considered doing it but i'm too afraid somehow my battery will die one day and i'll be stuck outside of my car.

^ if your worried about that simply get a jumper kit

simply mount it behind the splash guard or soemthing to hide it out of sight and youll be fine.
that is one must for anyone shaving the door handles... also good to have a cable release hooked up to the door latch itself. you need 2 backups to be safe from lock out!
since a dead battery is not always the problem. could be a bad remote control or alarm brain, or relay gone bad or even the lock to stop working
