lighting question pleaze
The only civic interior I have ever seen at night is my own civic. My question is, in the 96-98 civic, USA market, do the letters light up right beside the shifter in an automatic? because mine don't if they do. And I found a pic of one that does but I'm not sure if it's an european civic or not.

RE: lighting question pleaze
Mine does... if you are in the drivers seat they light up like a christmas tree. They are on the left side of the shifter... they should light up... you might as well convert that to red too.

Ghee! That's a neat-looking interior. :P I love it.

RE: lighting question pleaze
what did you use for that. that looks nice. Also in the scion tc they have these sweet light up cupholders... anything aftermarket for that?

RE: lighting question pleaze
that's not my interior. Just a random image I found. I find that interior quite ugly. I just wanted to know about the shifter lights.

RE: lighting question pleaze
yep, it does light up. the bulb was blown. I turned it red as well.

RE: lighting question pleaze
does the red show well through the letters?
|
RE: lighting question pleaze
it does, but the light is spread a little uneven.

RE: lighting question pleaze
I don't think it was ever "un-safe" because I could read the shifter on my gauges.
